We gather together as a church community regularly to pray and worship together. We offer a broad range of services, so hopefully something for everyone.

If there is a Fifth Sunday in the month we will have a special joint service. Contact us to find out what is a happening and where. Upcoming Fifth Sunday services for this year - Sunday 29 December 2024, Sunday 30 March 2025, Sunday 29 June 2025 and Sunday 31 August 2025.
Sunday Worship at St Nicholas Church West Boldon
Sundays Starting at 9.30 am
Sunday services at St Nicholas Church West Boldon alternate each week between a traditional Holy Communion service (sharing bread and wine) and a service of Morning Prayer.

Come and encounter God in this beautiful historical building. Parking is available on Rectory Bank, near the Black Horse pub.
Sunday Worship at St George's Church East Boldon
Sundays Starting at 10.30 am
Sunday services at St George's Church East Boldon alternate each week. One week there will be a traditional Holy Communion service, led by Rev Paul, in the main church (sharing bread and wine). On the other week there is a more informal service of Celtic Morning Prayer in the side chapel. This service includes a short bible study.
Tea and coffee is normally served after the service. Very limited parking available directly outside the church, but plenty available on Front Street and the surrounding area.
Midweek Worship at St Nicholas Church Boldon Colliery
Thursdays Starting at 11 am
Thursday midweek services at St Nicholas Church Boldon Colliery every week.

The service will take place after Little Angels Toddler Group has finished. It is a simple service of Holy Communion with a short reflection on the bible story of the day.
Sunday Worship Online on YouTube
Sundays Starting at 10 am
Our service 'Together at Home' premiers every Sunday morning at 10am on our Benefice YouTube Channel from Rev Paul's living room, with the occasional appearance from Maisie the dog.
Online church includes a bible reading, a discussion about it, prayers and an opportunity for you to join in wherever you're watching.
Messy Church at St Nicholas Church Boldon Colliery
Third Saturday of the month starting at 11am
Messy Church is Church for all the family. It is church for all ages, based on creativity, hospitality and celebration.

Our Messy Church services include singing and dancing, a bible story, crafts and games, a time of prayer and food.
